if you ever need someone with a paid account to post voting using polls, let me know? With this amount of sets, i'm thinking you might want to switch to voting for two or three icons maybe.

Oh,I guess a mod can post polls if they have a paid account in any community. Just wondering,you mean like 3 icons for each theme?Like 3 for negative space and like that? That's a pretty cool idea but this is the first time there have been so many participants so it never crossed my mind. :D

Yes. It's hard to choose just one, and the results are more accurate in the end, too, if everyone chooses several icons.

Yes, I think so. I've posted voting in fandom10in30 and iconthat, it apparently doesn't matter where, just that you need a paid account to create polls.
