Yes, this community is focused on making ten icons using the given themes. You can check this set:

Only every fifth round is a special round that centers around one particular theme. (You can check rounds 5,10,15 and so on if you want an idea.)

I forgot to add--with these themes, do you have to select only one show, or can use multiple? Stock? Is there a limit?

There's no limitation on fandoms. It's open for anything from stock, photographs, movies, games, shows etc. You can icon 10 different things/fandoms or go with one if that's what you like. :)
