Round 05:Choose your colour-Signups and rules

Hello guys! Since this is the 5th round,I thought it would be fun to have a special round. For this round we will not have themes and the voting will be for best icons in each set.

> A colour can be claimed multiple times.You may change your colour if your claimed one is not working for you.
